Then the works of Imam Taj Al-din As-Subki in the Fundamentals of Fiqh were studied، stating the importance of each work، Imam's sources in each book، and his approach of tackling Fundamentals of Fiqh propositions. This approach is made most evident to enable the reader of Imam's works to use them in the ever possible useful way.
